The Eboard has agreed to open up committees so that there is a maximum of 10 people per committee. (Please note: any person serving on a committee has to be a financial member for the current year and can only serve on one committee).

In an effort to include all members, and make sure all issues that a chapter member may have is addressed, the Eboard is in agreement to meet with any member(s) on an as needed basis. We will allow up to two (2) appointments per month immediately after our Alumni Band Chapter meeting. The meeting request will need to be made at least 1 week prior to our alumni band meeting and each meeting will be for a maximum duration of 30 minutes.

In regards to any additional committees, groups, or special interest liaisons for the Alumni Band, the Alumni Band Chapter will follow the rules and regulations , and amendments that were put in place by the founding members and the Eboards that were previously in place throughout the years. The only governing body that is in place for the Alumni Band Chapter is the Eboard. However the Eboard will meet with any band chapter member for any concern or grievance in order to resolve any conflict and bridge the gaps towards a greater, stronger, and financially sound Alumni Band Chapter.
